{W+ StJ."Ln~~ Attack on Spanish Delegation Convoy~ at least 3 KIA At approx. 1420c an 8 person Spanish delegation departed Baghdad for Ad Diwaniyah and in 2 NTVs (blue Chevy Suburban, other White Nissan). Six individuals were in military clothing, and 2 were in civilian clothes. At approximately 1530, the delegation caned and reported taking fire. They reported 3 KIA and then phone contact with the delegation was lost.
