Reference the basement--there is lot of water which means that there is water leakage, that may lead us to conclusion the influence of the water on the foundation of this structure, we prefer to do a lab test as soon as possible since you mention in the scope of work that the contractor is responsible for the structure of this building. Answer: We have held three site visits where contractors have had opportunities to analyze measure and test. There are no further organized visits planned however, interested contractors may access the building for additional analysis on Monday, 23 Feb 04 from 0900 – 1600. Captain Morris will monitor activity, but will not respond to inquiries. Any inquiries for additional information or clarification must be done through the contracting officer so that responses can be shared on the web with all prospective bidders. 2. Could you provide us all the drawings (working drawing As Build Drawing) for this building because we cannot do our assessment to this building unless there are plans and there is not enough time to the closing date. Answer: There is no cafeteria within the building. There are common break / kitchen areas located adjacent to the combined use administrative spaces on floors 3 through 7. These break / kitchen areas are not intended to seat patrons, merely provide a central point for refreshments. 4. Is the data cabling for the horizontal distribution system Cat 5 or Cat 5e? What is the backbone hierarchy? Star or redundant ring? Answer: Current planning is to install a wireless solution (work to be done by others). 5. What are the data rates, speeds (10 megabits, 100 megabits, or gigabit for the backbone distribution? Answer: Work to be done by others. 6. Are you using physical or non physical raceways and distribution systems? Answer: Non-physical raceways given the deployment of a wireless solution. 7.
