Help keep Iraq’s WMD scientists from leaving to work for potential proliferators such as Iran. Help in building some industries and turn them into public enterprises in the process of privatizing government based industries. Solve some of Iraq’s outstanding problems such as water salinity problems by turning out locally made mass produced low cost desalination units.
