Bidder shall submit certified documentation from the manufacturer/fabricator demonstrating the history and success of the company. Certification shall be on official company, i.e. fabricator’s letterhead and official company names and points of contact shall be provided. Contact information shall include telephone numbers, facsimile numbers, and the individual’s position within the company.
