SCOPE OF WORK Title: Kerkh WWTP Low Voltage Switchgear and Motor Control Centers (MCC’s) Scope Summary: This requisition is for the supply of low voltage switchgear and MCC’s for the refurbishment and re-commissioning of Kherkh Sewage Treatment Plant. The Kerkh plant is comprised of three stages consisting of two streams each Restoration of the plants up to secondary treatment (completion of stage 2 works) requires refurbishment of the plant inlet works including detritors and screens, grease removal tanks and primary sedimentation tanks then secondary aeration tanks and the associated downstream final clarifiers. The works required are civil, electrical and mechanical refurbishment of these plants to an acceptable enough condition to secure proper restoration of treatment for the next decade at least. Detailed assessment has established that the existing electrical gear has reached its useful design life and this requisition is to replace all of the existing electrical control equipment.
