CPA CONTRACTING ACTIVITY NOTICE TO OFFERORS CLOSING DATE: 14 April 04, 5:00PM Local Iraq time The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to all sources. The CPA Contracting Activity will place an order with the firm that submits the best technical approach and demonstrates an understanding of the requirement, price and other factors considered. RFQ # DABV01-04-R-0031 DATE: 8 Apr 04 1. This procurement will be conducted in two phases. a. Phase 1 consists of a site visit followed by the submission of technical and cost proposals. Site visit locations are warehouses in Baghdad and Ar Ramadi, Iraq. Only vendors who participate in the site visit, scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, 31 March – 1 April 04 will be considered for contract award. Phase 2 technical and cost proposals will be due to the CPA Contracting Office by 5:00 PM Local Time, 14 April 04. Technical proposals should demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement and understanding of the needs. 3. This is an announcement of the Site Visit.
