CPA CONTRACTING ACTIVITY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is open to receive all quotations. The CPA Contracting Activity intends to place a purchase order with the firm that submits the most favorable, responsive quote under the RFQ by the closing time. RFQ #DABV01-03-Q-2073 DATE: 25 OCT 2003 1. Please reply to this email with your best price quote. Price quoted must be in US Dollars and must include delivery to location indicated for the item. Please provide price and total quantities on hand for the item. Your price should remain valid for at least 45 days. 2. Delivery: If you cannot deliver the item by the requested delivery date, the quote should state how soon you can deliver the item. 3. This is a request for quotation. It is NOT an order. Please do not deliver these items now. After review of the quotations received, an order will be placed with the offeror selected for award. To be considered, offers MUST be sent to healdb@baghdadforum.com. 4. This office cannot issue or obtain Letters of Credit. Our preferred payment terms are EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer); a check can be requested and issued if unavoidable. Specific instructions for EFT will be issued at time of award.
