Site visit Request for proposal to construct Concrete slab / foundation and eight (8) metal sheds/Car ports for the Karr Substation located in Baghdad, Iraq. Location for this proposal will be the Karr Substation located in Baghdad. A pre-proposal walk through of the construction site will be conducted on 15 Sep 03 at 10:00 hrs (10 O’clock AM) Baghdad time. Potential contractors will need to notify CPA Contracting Activity NLT 20:00 hours ( 8 O’clock PM) 14 Sep 03, at (781) 280-6381 or 6382 or via e-mail at cpa_contracting_acti@orha.centcom.mil for access to the proposal site. Contractors will be meet at the North gate and transported to the proposed site. Proposals are due 15:00 Hrs (3:00 PM) Local Baghdad time, 17 Sep 03. Via e-mail: cpa_contracting_acti@orha.centcom.mil or Bid boxes located at the Baghdad Forum or Republican Presidential Compound. Contractor will have 14 days to complete project from issuance of notice to proceed.
