Because of the terrorist threats against the Iraqi oilfields, pipelines, pumping stations, refineries, oil workers and critical oil nodes, there is a greater need of the number of security personnel and equipment. Funds ($1.2M) will be use to provide additional security for eight Ministry of Oil Director-Generals.
