You are charged with displaying a pattern of misconduct characterized by the following charges: <specific charge> <specific charge> These are violations of CPA Order 23, Section 3, paragraphs 3(x) and 3(y), respectively. Your unwillingness to alter your behavior and become a productive member of the Iraqi Armed Forces is clear. Therefore, you are, effective immediately, administratively separated from service. As a result of this action you are barred from future service in any branch of the Iraqi Armed Forces to include: the Iraqi Civil Defense Corps (ICDC), the Iraqi Protective Service (IPS), the Iraqi Border Patrol, and the Fixed Site Protective Service (FPS). Additionally, your name, NIA number, and a statement regarding the poor character of your service will be entered into a national database and made available to all government agencies and prospective future employers.
