The platoon sergeant made changes in how the platoon prepares to go to the field. You feel the changes will cause problems for your squad to prepare properly, and you don’t agree with the changes. What are your responsibilities as a leader? وضعيه التمارين لأمر الرهط انت امر رهط . عريف الفصيل يجري تغيرات بكيفيه تهيئة الفصيل للذهاب الى الميدان. انت تشعر ان التغيرات سوف تسبب مشاكل لرهطك للتهئ الصحيح , وانت لا تتفق مع هذه التغيرات . ماهي مسؤولياتك كامر ؟ L 100 Expected Responses to Situation Exercise Ensure PSG’s changes are put into place. Schedule a time to meet with the PSG to explain your reaِsons for disagreement. Support the PSG and his decision as though it is your own, regardless of the outcome of the meeting and the decision made. Show your subordinates that you support the PSG and his changes. الأستجِابات المتوقعه لوضعيه التمارينِِ التاكد بان تغييرات عريف الفصيل في محلها . جدولة الوقت لمقابله عريف الفصيل لتوضيح اسباب عدم اتفاقك . دعم عريف الفصيل لقراره كما تظنها لك بغض النظر عن نتائج المقابله والقرار المتخذ . اظهر لمراتب حظيرتك بانك تدعم عريف الفصيل وتغييراته . L 100 ِSQUAD’S REACTIONS SITUATION EXERCISE The squad leader just returned from his meeting with the PSG. It is evident the squad leader is mad. He gathers the squad and tells them sarcastically, “Well guys, it’s a dumb decision, but we have to do it anyway.” What will be the reactions to the squad leaders behavior, and wِhat could the consequences be? ماسيكون تصرف وردود افعال امري الآرهاط وما يمكن ان تكون النتائج ؟ ردود فعل الرهط لوضعية التمارين. عند عودة امر الرهط من مقابله عريف الفصيل . من الواضح ان امر الرهط قد فعلها ،فهو يجمع الرهط ويخبرهم بسخرية ,حسنا يا شباب انه قرار ابكم ولكن على ايه حال عليناِ تنفيذه . L 100 EXPECTED RESPONSES TO SQUAD’S REACTIONS Undermining the chain of command. Not sِsupporting the platoon sergeant (disloyalty). Supporting decisions he favorsِِ and not those he doesn’t. Setting a bad example to the squad. The squad observes their leader:ِ Conseِuences: Squad starts treating squad leader’s orders in the same manner. Squad may determine: “If the squad leader is disloyal to the PSG, he is probably disloyal to us too.” (Mistrust). الاستجابات المتوقعه .رد فعل الرهط .ا الرهط يراقبون امرهم .ضعف سلطه الامر في سلسله القياده . .انعدام الدعم لعريف الفصيل (خيانه). .دعم القرارات التي يفضلها وليس تلك التي لا يفضلها . .وضع الامثله السيئه للرهط . النتائج .سيبدا الرهط بمعامله اوامر امر الرهط بنفس التصرف . يمكن ان يفسر الرهط ”اذا كان امر الرهط غير مخلص لعريف الفصيل هو ايضا محتمل غير مخلص لنا“(ارتياب) .
