DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY 4TH Battalion Advisor Support Team, CPA-CMATT, Taji Base APO AE 09378 1 April 2004 MEMORANDUM FOR COMMANDER, CMATT-C2, Taji Base, APO AE 09378 SUBJECT: 4TH Battalion Advisor Support Team Rating Scheme Our parent Brigade Headquarters directed that if we are OPCON to CENTCOM evaluations would be performed by our parent unit IAW U.S. Army FM 101-5, Appendix F-2 (While OPCON the parent unit retrains Administrative Control). While personnel are OPCON under CENTCOM our rating scheme remains the same as if we were still with our parent unit. During our assignment in theater, we are to receive Letters of Continuity from our supervisors (i.e, C2, CJTF). We were instructed to return to our assigned unit with Letters of Continuity (LOC) IAW with the following rating scheme: MAJ Collver, Team Chief- LOC from LTC Bennett. MAJ Pitts and C PT Holland-LOC from MAJ Collver. MSG Satterlee-LOC from MAJ Collver. SFC Plucker, SFC Christensen, SFC McMahon-LOC from MSG Satterlee.
