Ministry of Housing and Construction Public Service Announcement May 12, 2003 CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED If you have taken equipment from any construction company, you need to return it immediately. Amnesty will be granted to everyone who returns equipment. Equipment can be returned at the central workshop for Al Jihad Company and the Hamurabi SCC factory from the 14 th of May to the 17 th of May. The equipment you may possess belongs to your fellow Iraqi people and not Saddam Hussein. The ministry must have the tools, materials and transportation to move forward to the future.
