PUBLIC NOTICE CPA Advisory Team Ministry of Communications 20 March 2004 The Coalition Provisional Authority Ministry of Communications (CPA MOC) requests public comment on its proposed issuance of an existing operator’s license to Sana Tel to provide public cellular service. Parties interested in commenting on this license must do so in writing to the CPA Advisory Team to the Ministry of Communications no later than the close of business on April 5, 2004, after which no further comments and/or objections will be received.
