A contract resulting from this RFQ will be entered into under the authority of the Administrator as head of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA), which is temporarily exercising governmental authority in Iraq pursuant to the law and usages of war and relevant United Nations Security Council Resolutions, including Resolution 1483 (2003) ("Coalition") and by the awardee. 5. Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) after inspection and acceptance at destination. Contractor shall include all corresponding US bank information on final invoice for payment.
