STATEMENT OF WORK Fuel for Iraqi Air Force at Basrah International Airport The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and other items as required to allow the Iraqi Air Force the ability to store and dispense aviation fuel (AVGAS) and gasoline (MOGAS) from an approved location on Basrah International Airport. All local and airport safety standards shall be adhered to. The contractor shall perform the following as required below: Provide a 500 Gal minimum fuel tank for AVGAS. A fuel truck must be able to easily access the fuel tank to easily transfer fuel from the tank to the truck. The fuel tank shall be in an approved location as designated by the Contracting Officer Representative, and be easily accessible from the flight line. Establish a fuel point with one fuel pump and one fuel tank for MOGAS (at least 500gal). The fuel point shall be in an approved location as designated by the Contracting Officer Representative, and shall be connected to the road network at Basrah to allow vehicles to easily drive up to the fuel pump, fuel, and go. This point will provide MOGAS to Iraqi Air Force vehicles. The contractor shall provide AVFUEL and MOGAS as required based on the estimated consumption rate. The contractor shall refuel tanks within 24 hours and as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative. Estimated fuel consumption is as follows: MOGAS: 500 gallons per month AVGAS: 2000 gallons per month
