The CPA Contracting Activity will place an order with the firm that submits the most favorable quotation submitted, price and other factors considered. RFQ # DABV01-03-Q-2175 ISSUE DATE: 13 Nov 03 1. Please reply to this RFQ via email with your best price quote. Price(s) quoted should be in US Dollars and should include delivery to the location indicated for the item. Please provide unit(s) pricing and quantity totals for the item(s) listed. The Coalition Provisional Authority anticipates repeat purchases for some items. 2. Delivery: If you cannot deliver the item by the requested delivery date, the quote should state how soon you can deliver the item(s) listed. 3. This is a request for quotation only. It is NOT an order. Please do not deliver this item now. After review of the quotations received, an order will be placed with the offeror selected for award.
