CPA Contracting Request for Quotation This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is open to all sources. The CPA Contracting Activity will place an order with the firm that submits the most favorable quotation, price and other factors considered. Email your best price quote to this website: cpa_contracting_acti@orha.centcom.mil and send a copy to ficklint@orha.centcom.mil. Price quoted must be in US Dollars and must include delivery to location indicated for the item. Please provide unit(s) pricing and quantity totals for the line item(s) listed. Your price should remain valid for 45 days. The CPA anticipates repeat purchases for some items. Delivery: Desired delivery is 1 Mar 04. If you cannot meet this delivery, please quote the earliest delivery date practicable. This is a rolling request for quotation. The Government intends to award as soon as adequate price competition is obtained, but no earlier than 5 days after the RFP is posted. This request for quote will close on Sunday, 29 February 2004. After review of the quotations received, an order will be placed with the offeror selected for award. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD, ALL OFFERS MUST BE SENT TO: cpa_contracting_acti@orha.centcom.mil Our preferred payment terms are bank to bank wire transfer; a check can be requested and issued it unavoidable. Specific instructions for wire transfer will be issued at time of award. Payment is made upon delivery and acceptance of conforming goods or services. Payment in advance is not allowable. 5.
