COALITION MILITARY ASSISTANCE TRAINING TEAM
I R A Q
Emphasize that the initial 8 week program is conducted by VINNELL.
The first four weeks of training are conducted as group – at the conclusion the recruits are given a three day pass and 1 1⁄4 months pay.
On return they are divided into three separate steams of instruction – offr, NCO and enlisted. It is at this stage that the contractor commences training on the Bn set of equipment.
Weeks 7 and 8 represent the collective training period initially conducted at sqp and pl level then building up to coy level trg within a Bn setting.
