IRAQI OATH In the name of god, I here by swear to defend the territorial integrity and people of Iraq and to deter any external aggression.That, I will obey the lawful orders of the officers appointed over me. That, I will remain brave and strong when called upon by my country in its hour of need. That, I acknowledge that I am an Iraqi soldier, dedicated to the defense of our sovereign nation. So help me god. القسم اقسم بالله العظيم باني سوف احمي حرمة ارض و شعب العراق وادافع عنهم ضد أي أعتداء خارجي , كما وأني ساطيع كافة الاوامر التي تصدر عن الضباط الاعلى مني رتبة , وأني سأكون قويا و شجاعا عندما يحتاجني الوطن , و سأكون جنديا عراقيا مخلصا و متفانيا في الدفاع عن وحدة بلدي و سيادته و دستوره . و الله على ما أقول شهيد
